✅ Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging

    • Free from dirt, damage, or signs of wear

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects may not be accepted.

🔄 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used cooking equipment with visible food residue

  • Used or opened lighting products (if the seal is broken)

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@jasonbradl.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Securely package the item(s) and send them back using a trackable shipping service.

📍 Please do not send returns to our business address without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • If your return is approved due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. If issues persist, contact us at support@jasonbradl.com.

❌ Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your current product and place a new order separately.
